If I had to summarize my journey in a single sentence, I'd say I'm driven by challenges, passionate about creating new things, and absolutely incapable of standing still. Based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, I am a web developer and creator of digital solutions. I was born into technology driven by the curiosity to deconstruct the complex and focus on the essential: trading the constraints of large systems for the freedom of creating with pure code and high-speed architectures.
2008: The Beginning and the Obsession with Details
My history with the web started back in 2008, during the golden age of Blogger. While many used the platform just to write, I saw a puzzle. Without the financial resources to invest in a hosted WordPress at the time, I embraced the free Blogger and decided: I would make that simple system have the look, robustness, and premium design of a professional website. That's where I developed my main trait: being a perfectionist down to the smallest details. That challenge of 'bending' the system shaped my vision of web design and architecture.
The WordPress Era and the Frustration with Limits
Over time, the hobby turned into a profession. I migrated to WordPress to work as a website creator for clients. Dealing with development for others gave me immense experience in problem-solving. However, with experience also came frustration. WordPress, despite being powerful, frequently tied my hands. Depending on dozens of third-party plugins to get close to what you envisioned is a time-consuming and heavy process. The lack of freedom for clean modifications started to bother me.
2022: The Turning Point and 'Vibe Coding'
The great revolution in my career happened in 2022, with the explosion of Artificial Intelligence models. Discovering the potential of vibe coding — the ability to code in sync with AI to build exact solutions — was like turning on a spotlight in a dark room. I finally had the tool to break the chains of plugins. I started developing small scripts and exclusive tools, and realized I could create real projects, live off my ideas, and help other people.
From the Lab to the Agency: Space Tools & vmoode
vmoode: A digital engineering studio focused on Landing Pages and advanced tracking for the Brazilian market. We left behind the weight of legacy systems and adopted the JAMstack architecture (Vite, Vanilla JS, Tailwind) to create absurdly fast and aesthetically flawless structures.
